A tie rod passes through the wall shuttering and is tightened with wing nuts and plates on each face. It carries the tension generated by wet concrete pushing outward on the shutter, holding the wall to its designed thickness. Supplied in 5 mtr lengths to be cut to the required wall dimension on site.
